Summary
NeuroMaxxing does not collect personal data for the developer, does not sell or rent data, does not show third-party advertising, and does not track you across apps or websites.
Information stored on your device
Your display name, optional profile photo, and theme preference are stored locally on your device. This information is used only to personalize the app and any score poster you choose to create.
Progress stored in your private iCloud
Scores, XP, unlocked levels, session totals, and training history may sync between your devices through Apple’s private iCloud key-value storage associated with your Apple Account. The developer does not operate a separate account system or server for this data and cannot use it for advertising or tracking.
Photos and score posters
If you select a profile photo, it remains on your device. Score posters are rendered on-device using the name and photo you choose. Nothing is shared unless you deliberately use Apple’s system share sheet and select a destination.
Analytics, advertising, and third parties
The app does not include third-party advertising SDKs, cross-app tracking, or developer-operated analytics. Apple may process App Store, purchase, diagnostic, and iCloud information under Apple’s own terms and privacy policy.
Your controls
- You can edit or remove your local profile name and photo inside the app.
- You can reset game, session, daily, or complete training progress from the app.
- You can control iCloud availability through your device’s Apple Account and iCloud settings.
- Deleting the app removes its local data. Synced progress may remain in your private iCloud until removed or overwritten through the app and Apple’s services.
Children and health information
NeuroMaxxing is a general-audience entertainment and training app. It is not designed to collect children’s personal information and is not a medical device. Its scores are not a diagnosis, IQ test, or clinical measurement.
Policy updates and contact
This policy is effective 22 September 2026. If the app’s data practices change, this page will be updated before those changes are represented in the App Store. Questions can be sent to mehulchaturvedi@icloud.com.
